Full Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW,LMFT,LPCC)

Supplies outpatient mental health evaluations, family and individual therapy, discharge planning, and aftercare coordination to patients and their families. provides treatments and therapies based on family systems, evidence-based medicine, and recovery-focused initiatives.

Job Schedule : Full-time

Essential Responsibilities:

• Ability to develop a meaningful connection and empathize
• Provide excellent, personalized patient care aimed at addressing individual patient concerns
• Participate in clinical case review with the Lead Psychologist monthly
• More tasks may be assigned
• Create comprehensive patient assessments & aid in treatment planning
• Complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements
• Aid in building a referral network to attract new patients
• Skilled in active listening

Qualifications:

• Competency in a variety of therapeutic modalities and flexible in tailoring these to the needs of the client
• Preference is given to candidates credentialed with insurance companies in CA
• Candidates should have (LMFT , LCSW , LPC)
• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
