Full Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT,LICSW) needed.

All facets of psychosocial mental and behavioral health therapies, including diagnosis, living with cancer, recurrence, end-of-life, and survivorship, are provided by the Mental Health Therapist to cancer patients across the continuum of care. employs a patient care paradigm that centers on offering psychosocial assessments, supportive counseling, support groups, therapeutic interventions, education, and information about community resources to patients and caregivers.

Schedule: Full Time

Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and other innovative methods tailored to client needs.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health treatments and integrate applicable findings into practice.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards of practice.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to provide holistic care to clients.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting all therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate both traditional and alternative therapeutic approaches.
• Provide a mix of in-person and remote counseling sessions to individuals, couples, families, or groups, as required.

Qualifications:

• Social Work License Required per State Regulations.(LMHC, LMFT,LICSW)
• Ability to coordinate with a multidisciplinary team within an outpatient mental health agency.
• A superior communicator, who shares information readily and concisely, listens as well as gives advice and respects the abilities of others.
• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a Third Party.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or similar disciplines
