Full Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

This work is done in both outpatient and inpatient settings, individually or in a group. acts as the main point of contact for teaching and involving patients, families, and close friends in the course of treatment and mental health rehabilitation.

Schedule: Full Time

Your Role :

  • Complete biopsychosocial intake assessments and develop treatment plans based on individual needs.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, compassion focused therapy, and motivational interviewing to address behavioral and emotional challenges.
  • Utilize crisis management techniques to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in crisis situations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, dietitians, schools, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes.
  • Provide therapy services to individuals with varying mental health diagnoses and clinical presentations.
  • Must be available to carry a minimum of 5 sessions/week

What We’re Looking For:

  • An independent license in the state where you reside (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) from the USA
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and coding systems such as ICD-9 and ICD-10 for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes.
  • Experience in crisis management and de-escalation techniques.
  • Master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program
