Full Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
This position is carried out in an individual or group context, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. acts as the point of contact for patients, families, and close friends who want to be involved in the treatment and rehabilitation process for mental health issues.

Your Role :
- Utilize crisis management techniques to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in crisis situations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, dietitians, schools, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes.
- Provide therapy services to individuals with varying mental health diagnoses and clinical presentations.
- Must be available to carry a minimum of 5 sessions/week
- Complete biopsychosocial intake assessments and develop treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, compassion focused therapy, and motivational interviewing to address behavioral and emotional challenges.

- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and coding systems such as ICD-9 and ICD-10 for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes.
- Experience in crisis management and de-escalation techniques.
- Master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program
- An independent license in the state where you reside (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) from the USA
