Join Our Team as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)!

Are you a dedicated mental health professional seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others? We are currently seeking compassionate and qualified Mental Health Counselors, including Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), to join our dynamic team in Washington State.

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Virtual

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy via virtual sessions using evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health concerns.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that promote holistic well-being and recovery.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support to clients.
  • Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in the field of mental health counseling.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure in Washington State as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.
  • Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to individuals, families, and groups.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
  • Commitment to cultural competence and providing affirming care to individuals from all backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
