Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

We are seeking mental health professionals who value collaboration and work-life balance. We believe the recipe for a sustainable private practice is when providers make more revenue, have clinical freedom, and support manageable caseloads

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
  • Provide individual and potential family, marriage, and/or group counseling sessions dependent on expertise
  • Provide mental health screenings and assessments to determine treatment needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
  • Must have a license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LPC)
  • 3 years experience with providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services
  • Experience with children, families, and couples
  • Knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling
  • Outstanding organizational skills and punctuality
