Join Our Team as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington!

We are seeking mental health therapist who value collaboration and work-life balance. We believe the recipe for a sustainable private practice is when providers make more revenue, have clinical freedom, and support manageable caseloads

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
  • Provide individual and potential family, marriage, and/or group counseling sessions dependent on expertise
  • Provide mental health screenings and assessments to determine treatment needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
  • Must have a license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
  • Experience with children, families, and couples
  • Knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling
