Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) | Telehealth
We are seeking a LMFT, LCSW or LPCC to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide professional counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, addressing various mental health concerns and promoting overall well-being. Salary: $120,000 to $130,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions with clients to address emotional, mental, and behavioral issues via telehealth
- Provide crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress
- Maintain timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly, reliable therapist portal that includes digital tools for streamlined documentation
- Provide mental health screenings and assessments to determine treatment needs
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients with behavioral challenges
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Psychology/Social Work. (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
- Active State licensure as a LMFT, LCSW LPCC in CALIFORNIA
- Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
- Know how to use telehealth in counseling
- Knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling
