Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington!

We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing compassionate and effective counseling services to our diverse clientele. You will work collaboratively with our expert providers to deliver personalized care that supports the mental wellness and growth of each client.

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
  • Provide individual and potential family, marriage, and/or group counseling sessions dependent on expertise
  • Provide mental health screenings and assessments to determine treatment needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
  • Must have a license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
  • Excellent knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and best practices
  • Knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling
