Looking for a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Pennsylvania!
We are looking for passionate mental health therapists, each with their own specialty, to inspire people to make positive changes in their lives. As the Mental Health Therapist, you are responsible for the provision of culturally informed, effective, quality mental health treatment to Counseling Program clients.
Salary: $90,000 to $100,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions with clients to address emotional, mental, and behavioral issues via telehealth
- Provide crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress
- Maintain timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly, reliable therapist portal that includes digital tools for streamlined documentation
- Provide mental health screenings and assessments to determine treatment needs
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients with behavioral challenges
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Psychology/Social Work. (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
- Active State licensure as a LMFT, LCSW LPCC in Pennsylvania.
- Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
- Know how to use telehealth in counseling.
- Knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling.
