Job Description:

We are currently looking for a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. Mental Health Therapist will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic services to individuals in need, focusing on telehealth, psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluation, applied behavior analysis, and social work. The ideal candidate should have experience working with people with autism, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
• Implement applied behavior analysis strategies to support clients in achieving their treatment goals
• Offer telehealth services to clients who require remote therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and social workers, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Conduct research studies to contribute to the advancement of clinical practices.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field. in (LMFT, LPC, LICSW)
• Active Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and delivering therapy remotely.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and their application in therapy.
