Join Our Team as a Full-time Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)!

We are in need of a highly-motivated mental health therapist that is friendly and welcoming to clients and their families. We are looking to find someone who is either experienced or willing to learn, with a positive personality, great people skills, great attitude, upbeat, energetic, organized and a hard worker to keep up with the pace! We are looking for someone who is flexible and willing/excited to provide services to varying ages of individuals.

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
• Provide individual and potential family, marriage, and/or group counseling sessions dependent on expertise
• Provide mental health screenings and assessments to determine treatment needs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
• Must have a license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Social Worker (LICSW)
• Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
• Excellent knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and best practices
• Knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling
