You can work as a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor from home on your own terms.

Adults with a range of mental health problems who are stable and low-acuity can receive assessment and treatment services from our fully remote staff. By supporting people in gaining the required skills, we hope to help them enhance their quality of life.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one video chat sessions with clients to enhance their mental health.
  • Encourage clients to discuss their emotions and experiences to help them gain insight into themselves and their relationships.
  • Serve as a client advocate and aid them in defining their goals.
  • Assess clients' mental conditions and create and execute treatment plans utilizing a solution-based approach based on your clinical experience and knowledge.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • $100k – $105k per year depending on hours worked
  • Monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors

How to Qualify?

To qualify for the role, all therapists and counselors are required to possess the following:

  1. Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
  2. One of the following independent licenses:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  1. Strong computer literacy skills

To become a successful counselor, you also need to have the following skills:

  • Ability to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendation for treatment planning and implementation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature
