Virtual Mental Health Counselor (LICSW, LMFT, LPC)

Adults, adolescents, or a mix of the two will be on the therapist's caseload at all times. They have a thorough understanding of other community resources and services and collaborate closely with them to offer assistance and information when needed.

Schedule: Full Time, Flexible

Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare discharge summaries
• Provide therapy for each client on caseload in an individual, family or group modality
• Make referrals and collaborate with referral sources regarding client progress
• Conduct clinical assessments and create person-centered treatment plans
• Maintain and submit all clinical documentation with clients within 48 hours of completing the service
• Provide emergency support as needed in accordance with the after-hours on-call schedule

Qualifications:

• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a Third Party.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counseling
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
