Looking for a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington!

Seeking mental health counselor who embodies a client centered empathetic approach that is coupled with the ability to challenge as well as facilitate and process. We seek therapists who embody their own value system and hold their own professional ethical conduct in the highest regard. We seek independent, open minded, Growth oriented individuals who prioritize honesty and authenticity as well as hard work. We offer individualized professional supervision tailored to each clinician's needs and the position can be well suited to associate licensed therapists in need of supervised experience.

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
  • Assist in crisis management situations and provide de-escalation techniques
  • Collect and record patient data to track progress and inform treatment decisions
  • Maintain a safe, confidential and therapeutic environment and professional presentation

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
  • Must have a license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Minimum of 2 Years experience providing mental health and/or integration counseling services
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients and community at large
  • Knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling

The Therapist will be responsible for working closely and effectively with a multidisciplinary care team and deliver family-based treatment to those with eating disorders. The Therapist will be responsible for evidence based treatment delivery, quality documentation, and ongoing assessment of families’ needs.
