Join Our Team as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LICSW) in Washington D.C!

Job Description:

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises.

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular wellness checks
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Perform intake assessments

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field. in (LMFT, LPC, LICSW)
• Active Licensed Clinical Therapist (LICSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and their application in therapy.
