Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)

Through culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, research-based programs for individuals and families from newborn to older adults, our team is committed to providing hope and helping people reach their full potential.

Job Schedule : Full-time , Flexible

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provides services in the community or in the field consistent with program and funding source contractual requirements.
  • Works with the treatment team to provide appropriate coordinated care services to clients and their families.
  • Displays sensitivity to the cultural and linguistic needs of the clients and families served.
  • Interacts well with other internal programs, clinical/support staff and with external sources such as school or community personnel as applicable.
  • Completes billing expectations per Agency requirements and provides services consistent with program needs.

Basic Qualifications:

Education

  • Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counseling

License, Certification, Registration

  • Active Licensed in Social Worker (Pennsylvania)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Pennsylvania)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (Pennsylvania)

Pay and Benefits:

  • Salary range of $90,000 to $100,000per year, based on caseload.
