Virtual Mental Health Counselor (LICSW, LMFT, LPC)
We provide a broad range of clients with a variety of services, including mental health, job, housing, and other associated services. Mental health therapists carry out a variety of tasks to help patients with substance abuse disorders, intellectual disabilities, and mental health issues receive successful treatment.
Schedule: Full Time, Flexible
Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to effectively interact with co-workers and Consumers with diverse ethnic backgrounds, religious views, political affiliation, cultural backgrounds, lifestyles, and sexual orientations, and treat individuals with respect and dignity.
- Ability to work courteously and effectively, communicate with DBH, consumers, medical personnel, corrections personnel, Police, co-workers, and the public.
- Provide Intake Diagnostic Assessment Includes: Gains, Locus, Crisis Planning, Clinical Summary and Treatment planning
- Carry out thorough assessment to find out the main reason for a consumer’s problems to help develop a good therapeutic model for their recovery.
- Refer consumers to Psychiatrist/APRN or SUD for further assessment as may be needed.
Qualifications:
- No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a Third Party.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counseling
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
