Be Part of Our Team as A Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

Role Overview:

As a Licensed Therapist you can assist clients in creating a path to long-term recovery and wellness. You will provide services including individual, couples, family and/or group therapy sessions. In this position, you have the ability to walk alongside clients as they choose to change, heal, and grow. You will collaborate with our founder and growing team of therapists, and work directly with clients providing services that enable them to find healing and freedom.

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Establish a connection of trust and support with patients
  • Listen to client’s goals and assess client needs
  • Create individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances
  • Consistently meet with clients for therapy, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Refer patients to outside specialists or agencies when appropriate
  • Contribute to the practice by accomplishing other related tasks as needed

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), counseling (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) or related field
  • Must have a license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Counseling (LPCC), Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
  • One year of counseling experience
  • Experience with children, families, and couples
  • Knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling
