Wanted: Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) via Telehealth!
We are seeking newly licensed mental health therapists to join our growing team. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual sessions to individual, couples, family, and groups.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and diagnose clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources.
- Advocate for clients' mental health needs and provide referrals as necessary.
Skills & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Counseling (LPCC), Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and family therapists (LMFT)
- Active licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of California.
- Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with- co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
- Know how to use telehealth in counseling
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional boundaries.
