Join Our team as a Full-Time Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Pennsylvania!

What we are looking for:

We are seeking newly licensed mental health therapists to join our growing team. As a therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, providing essential mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and diagnose clients
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources.

What We Need:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling (LPC), Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) or a related field.
  • Active and Valid licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Preferred minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional boundaries.
  • Commitment to cultural competency and inclusive practices.
