Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
Therapists provide patients with screening, guidance, behavioral intervention, counseling, and therapy in a setting that combines medical and behavioral health. This position requires a self-starter and good team player.
Job Schedule : Full-time , Flexible
Essential Responsibilities:
- Engage in care team huddles in primary care departments
- Provide assessment, evaluation and mental health treatment
- Provide individual and group therapy to promote overall wellness, in accordance with the treatment plan.
- Consult with medical providers on psychosocial issues patients bring to their medical appointments.
- Triage both urgent and routine referrals from medical providers
Qualifications:
- Excellent time management skills; organized and able to prioritize
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple patients
- Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, schedules, dates, and information
Education
- Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counseling
License, Certification, Registration
- Active Licensed in Social Worker (Pennsylvania)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Pennsylvania)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (Pennsylvania)
Pay and Benefits:
- Salary range of $90,000 to $100,000per year, based on caseload.
