Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Advocate for clients and connect them with relevant resources
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Skills & Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), counseling (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) or related field
  • Must have a license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Counseling (LPCC), Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Preferred minimum of 2-4 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
  • One year of counseling experience
  • Experience with children, families, and couples
  • Knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling
