Licensed Mental Health Counselor
AK Therapy Services is looking to hire licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our team. This is a full time position, offering competitive pay and flexible hours. As Mental Health Therapist, you will have the freedom to set your own hours providing counseling services to clients seeking support for various mental health challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and/or families.
• Assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to clients' unique circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Demonstrate professionalism and reliability in meeting client appointments and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
• Ability to provide clearances and pass a criminal background check
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients .
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
