Full Job Description:

Mindful Changes Counseling realizes that our practice's strength is our exceptional staff. We support our clinicians in building a thriving caseload, a positive and supportive culture, professionalism, and a healthy work/life balance. We seek a Licensed Clinical Therapist with Child/Adolescent Experience (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for a Full-time position.

The ideal clinician will enjoy working in a collaborative environment with other clinicians and embrace innovative therapies appropriate for effective treatment.

Compensation:

  • The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience with children & adolescents
  • Independent Mental Health License in Pennsylvania
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
  • Solid computer and basic technology skills
  • Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
  • Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Beneficial Skills and Experience:

  • Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
  • Experience with health psychology
