Pay: $100,000 to $105,000 per year

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide outpatient mental health counseling services to a diverse adult population. This role involves working through telehealth platforms.

Duties:

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
• Provide a minimum of 15 client hours of individual therapy sessions
• Offer support and counseling to individuals with behavioral health issues
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field. LMHC, LMFT, LICSW (Required)
• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or Therapist in the state of Washington
• 2-4 years Experience in providing patient care in a mental health setting
• Proficiency in conducting mental health counseling sessions

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms for remote counseling sessions
