Licensed Mental Health Clinician ((LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 yearly

Job Description
Seeing patients in private practice is one of the most rewarding jobs in the field of mental health. Joining a group practice as a W-2 employee gives you increased stability in pay, hours, benefits, and administrative support. Working at RCC also provides professional development, collaborative team environment, and additional professional support. This is a safe, trusting, and supportive environment where you can gain the tools you need to feel good about the work you do and avoid the dreaded burnout and sometimes vicarious trauma. Provided weekly consultation is a growth environment where you can share your cases, talk about your own personal struggles, examine your countertransference, and gain new and interesting perspectives in a warm and collegial team environment. As a Deliberate Practice clinic, feedback scales are integrated in every session to assist you in becoming a better clinician. Excellent patient screening and onboarding process leads to a caseload of patients that are motivated to work and follow through on self-improvement plans.

We provide:

  • Honesty, transparency, no contracts, and no initial cost to you
  • An environment where you learn how to be in private practice and grow as excellent clinician offering transformational psychotherapy while at the same time tracking statistically validated outcomes
