Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 yearly
Job Description:
We are a full-service family owned and operated psychotherapy practice offering counseling, psychiatry, psychological testing and nutritional services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our goal is to partner our patients and help them build the foundation for healthy living, through providing quality, comprehensive care.
Outpatient Therapist Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory standards through Simple Practice.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community resources as needed.
- Stay current with advancements in the field of mental health counseling through continuing education and training.
Outpatient Therapist Requirements:
- Master’s Degree required in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Active PA clinical license required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Minimum of 2 years full time experience providing mental health direct services to people of all ages including families
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
