Virtual Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team, providing remote therapeutic support to families and individuals This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing full-time work, making it ideal for clinicians seeking a balance between professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples or family therapy to mothers, fathers, and families experiencing or at risk of experiencing anxiety disorders
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Conduct assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and track progress over time.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions and client progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in regular supervision and case consultations.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Active license in California state (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
  • 2-3 years experience related in any of this field.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competence in therapy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely.
