Join Our Team as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team. The Therapist will play a crucial role in enhancing patient access to behavioral healthcare services by providing individual therapy to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaboratively creating discharge/aftercare. This role requires excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop treatment plans and provide holistic care.
• Participate in staff meetings and workshops.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality, using our HIPAA compliant video platforms, case note management software, auto text and email patient reminder software; and company email.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Active license in California state (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
• 2-3 years experience related in any of this field.
• Experience working with diverse-adult populations.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and or individually.
