Looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a licensed provider, you will be responsible for providing individual therapy to clients with mental health issues Specifically, we are looking for providers interested in working with those managing anxiety and trauma. Training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments is strongly preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial evaluations to determine the needs of clients.
  • Provide therapy to clients with mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma.
  • Create treatment plans and set goals for clients to achieve.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date client records using EHR (Simple Practice).
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, treatments, and therapies in the field of mental health.
  • See a minimum of 5 clients per week (scheduling is completely flexible).

Job Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Active license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to practice counseling in Pennsylvania.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in counseling or therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
