Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW)

Location: Washington

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Summary:

We are looking for Mental Health Therapists to join our team to work in a number of locations across Washington State. We are looking for mental health providers who are looking to make a difference in the lives of the people living in nursing home settings by offering mental health and behavioral health interventions. We offer training for all staff to serve our specific population equipping you with the mental health skills that you need to succeed in our behavioral health setting.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral health assessments for all new patients
  • Manage the treatment of patient psychiatric, psychosocial, physical health-related and behavioral health needs throughout the patient's treatment journey
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with patients
  • Coordinate with external behavioral health treatment facilities to coordinate care when necessary
  • Proactively identify methods to improve patient outcomes

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, family therapy, or related field
  • Fully licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in the state of Washington
  • 2-3 years experience in any of this field. (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
  • Working knowledge of evidence-based treatments for behavioral health conditions
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with exceptional active listening abilities
  • Experience in a collaborative team environment

  • Are currently authorized to work for any US employer
  • The ability to be consistently available for scheduled shifts
