Join Our Team as a Virtual Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

Location: California

Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team remotely. This role offers the flexibility to set your own hours and work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on improving health disparities. Multi-state licensure is preferred.

Employment Type: Full-time, Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health records system.
  • Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in telehealth and culturally competent care.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Active State license in California: Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT)
  • At least 2-4 years of experience related in any of this filed.
  • Strong commitment to minority health and caring for culturally and ethnically diverse populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus.
