Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
  • Uphold legal and ethical standards in mental health.
  • Engage in professional development and team meetings.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Active licensure in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
  • At least 2 years of Experience with mental health treatment, diagnosing, and related paperwork.
  • At least two years post-licensure experience.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and mental health conditions.
