Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)

Pay: $120,000 to $130,000

Job description

We equip mental health practitioners with the tools and resources they need to run a flourishing private practice. Mental health clinicians use Headway in a number of ways, ranging from conducting psychotherapy sessions with patients to providing and overseeing medication management. We are looking for therapists to join our behavioral health programs, specifically Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors and Psychologists. We offer full-time positions for qualified applicants to primarily provide individual therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Providing customized support to clinicians and patients in order to streamline the process of both seeking and providing care.
• Verifying client insurance benefits instantly and automatically, so that access to care is never delayed, and you can see your patients with confidence.
• Conducting individual psychotherapy over telemedicine
• Developing therapeutic treatment plans for healthcare workers

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed therapist (LCSW/ LMFT/ LMHC/) in the state of CA
• At least 2 years of experience in related field.
• Some experience working with diverse populations.
• Knowledgeable with interventions and treatment planning.
• Have a desire to learn and share experience among a diverse team of both clinical and non-clinical colleagues
• Are open to learning new skills!
