Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Responsibilities:

  • Work with each client in establishing an aftercare plan that will set them up for success upon discharge from the program.
  • Maintain regular contact with families, outside clinicians, and referring parties (as appropriate) to ensure continuity of care.
  • Complete all required documentation promptly by company policies and procedures.
  • Provide group and individual evidenced-based therapy through modalities consistently with assigned clients.
  • Completes detailed and timely documentation including biopsychosocial assessment, weekly goal setting and treatment planning, progress notes, discharge planning, and group and individual sessions.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in behavioral science (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
  • Active Licensed in Social Work, Counseling, and Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience related in any of this field.
  • Demonstrated skills in the clinical mental health services with individuals, families, and groups.
  • Knowledge of mental health illness and effective treatment approaches to mental disorders.
