Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 per year

Job description

We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and experienced Licensed Therapist committed to our mission of providing patients with exceptional, trusted counseling services. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist you will provide therapy services to clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat various mental health conditions
• Conduct therapy sessions with clients
• Develop a treatment plan customized based on each client's needs
• Monitor each client's progress during ongoing treatment
• Complete session notes promptly

Qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in behavioral science (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
• Active Licensed in Social Work, Counseling, and Marriage and Family Therapy.
• At least 2 years of experience related in any of this field.
• Demonstrated skills in the clinical mental health services with individuals, families, and groups.
• Knowledge of mental health illness and effective treatment approaches to mental disorders.
• Knowledge of record keeping procedures related to beneficiaries’ charts.
