Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer therapeutic interventions to support individuals in achieving their mental health goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment and treatment planning, as well as consultation, as requested, in the development of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, positive behavior plans, medication treatment plans, etc.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner, meeting regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as indicated by the clinical team.
• Work collaboratively with teams/ programs to develop and implement positive behavior support plans.
• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners as needed.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required
• Active Licensure in the state of Washington
• Independent LMHC License
• At least 2-3 years of experience in this field.
