Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership for staff, families, and others associated with the service
• Builds a team of quality mental health professionals
• Maintain regular contact with families, outside clinicians, and referring parties (as appropriate) to ensure continuity of care.
• Participates in case management and care coordination, including utilization reviews and treatment team meetings
• Collaborate with providers and treatment team as needed.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in behavioral science
• Active Licensed in Social Work, Counseling, and Marriage and Family Therapy. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Proven experience minimum of 2 Years 2-3 years of experience related in any of this field.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.
• Demonstrated skills in the clinical mental health services with individuals, families, and groups.
• Knowledge of mental health illness and effective treatment approaches to mental disorders.
