Looking For a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT)

Job Overview:

We are actively looking for fully licensed mental health professionals to join our mental health team. Our clinic focuses on addressing mental health concerns prevalent in the geriatric population, including depression, anxiety, dementia-related disorders, and adjustment difficulties. You will work with a team of dedicated therapist and contribute to the enhancement of the quality of life for our patients.

Employment type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account cognitive changes, physical health, and social factors.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy, Offer crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies involving elderly patients.
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state.
  • Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience preferred.
  • Experience delivering individual and family therapy to older adults.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to establish rapport and build trust with elderly patients and their families.
