Join Our Team as a Virtual Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)

Employment Type: Full-time, Remote

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking for a licensed clinicians looking to work remotely and build a caseload that they are comfortable with. Clinicians will provide telehealth therapy services to individuals, couples or groups of their choosing. We are currently looking for licensed therapists who are driven, well organized and communicative. Clinicians will receive competitive compensation with the opportunity to grow, and maintain a flexible schedule without the hassle of dealing with insurance companies. Candidates will be hired as independent contractors.

What You’ll Do:

• Rendering evidence-based treatment to a spectrum of patients.
• Providing an array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth video or telephone.
• Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable.
• Providing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
• Completing and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State, and company guidelines.

What We Need:

• Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy.
• Active State license as a LMHC, LICSW, LMFT
• At least 3+ years of experience in this field.

• Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and private, quiet space for sessions
