Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 per year
Job description
You will work within a collaborative, supportive team structure, learn new ways to provide optimal supports to your clients and help people change their lives for the better! We provide access to therapies for emotional health and wellness; services for substance use recovery, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injury; services for housing and residential programming, and more. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners as needed.
- Create and maintain open and effective lines of communication in an effort to meet contract standards and promote the mission of MHA within the community.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies and organizations to promote programs and to identify and secure potential new alliances, partnerships, and funding sources.
- Pursue activities to enhance personal and professional growth. Attend conferences, and classes, address groups, and represent the agency. Attend/participate in statewide meetings, task forces, committees, etc. relating to the area of expertise.
- Promote and integrate agency mission, values, philosophy, and principles.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
- Active Licensed in Social Work, Counseling, and Marriage and Family Therapy.
- At least 2-3 years of experience related in any of this field.
- Knowledge of mental health illness and effective treatment approaches to mental disorders.
- Demonstrated skills in the clinical mental health services with individuals, families, and groups.
