Full Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist for a Remote Position
SALARY
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
Our team provides virtual behavioral health service; these clinics provide services ranging from individual and group therapy to substance abuse assessments and treatment. It’s mental health program takes a recovery-oriented approach to alleviate symptoms and restore emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and social well-being.
Duties and Responsibilities:

$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
Our team provides virtual behavioral health service; these clinics provide services ranging from individual and group therapy to substance abuse assessments and treatment. It’s mental health program takes a recovery-oriented approach to alleviate symptoms and restore emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and social well-being.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
- Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
- Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
- Maintain a quiet and professional home office with reliable internet, phone, and video access.
- Prioritize self-care, set healthy boundaries, and engage in continuous personal and professional growth.
- Master’s degree required as LCSW, LMFT and LPCC.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering virtual counseling services.
- Has current Associate or Licensed status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (or in progress).
- A well-equipped home office setup with reliable internet, phone, and video capabilities.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Annual Salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 per year
