Salary Offer: $100,000 to $105,000

We are actively looking for a dedicated and compassionate Therapist/Counselors to become a part of our dynamic team, delivering outstanding therapeutic services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in patient care, social work, child and family counseling, and clinical counseling, with a strong passion for working with children and families.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, and psychotherapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals within our Group Practice to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Provide immediate support and guidance to families experiencing acute crises, helping to stabilize and resolve conflicts.

What We Need:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy
• Active license as a LMFT, LICSW, LPC
• Must have at least 2-5 years of experience in working with children and families in a therapeutic setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse client populations.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and technology is a plus.
