Full-time Position as Licensed Mental Health Therapist Needed

Salary:
$100,000 - $105,000 per year plus benefits

We are in need of professionals to join our team and counsel individuals, couples, and families at our medical facility. We help people live healthier and more fulfilling lives by improving access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
  • Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances
  • Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
  • Mental Health Therapist responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients, leading sessions with individuals and groups, and referring clients to specialists as needed
  • Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Valid license in the state as LICSW, LMHC, and LMFT.
  • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in outpatient setting.
  • Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with the ability to motivate clients
  • Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
