Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is Needed
Our clinic is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our Clinic. We provide services ranging from individual and group therapy to substance abuse assessments and treatment. It’s mental health program takes a recovery-oriented approach to alleviate symptoms and restore emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and social well-being.
SALARY:
$100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
Our clinic is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our Clinic. We provide services ranging from individual and group therapy to substance abuse assessments and treatment. It’s mental health program takes a recovery-oriented approach to alleviate symptoms and restore emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and social well-being.
SALARY:
$100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
- Develops working relationship with leaders in community resource groups, representing the organization at meetings and on various committees that address the social needs of patients.
- Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
- Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
- Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in outpatient setting.
- Ability to work and practice professional relationships with other therapists, medical professionals, and patients
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Valid license in the state as LMFT, LPC, and LCSW.
- Strong knowledge of theories, assessment tools, and evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (verbally and in writing)
- Annual Salary range of $100,000 - $105,000 per year
