Looking for a Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC)

Salary:

$100,000 - $105,000 per year plus benefits

Responsibilities

  • Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.

  • Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.

  • Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.

  • Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.

Qualifications

  • Must have 2 years of experience in outpatient setting.

  • Holding a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

  • Valid license in the state as LICSW, LMFT, and LMHC.

  • Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.

  • Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with the ability to motivate clients.

  • Can work independently.
