Looking for a Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT)

We are seeking employment of a Licensed Mental Health Therapist who is eager to work in a diverse environment. SALARY
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works individually and within teams to improve skills and achieve performance goals and improve outcomes with a focus on choice & empowerment
• Works directly in the office with assigned clients who experience symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders
• Conducts brief, evidence-based, and developmentally appropriate screening and conducts or arranges for more detailed assessments when indicated
• Ensures timely completion of reports and data submission
• On-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned
• Participates in committees to improve agency service delivery and quality improvement
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling and, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure as LCSW, LPCC, and LMFT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrates competency in age-related or specialty issues and developmental needs for each population served.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred.
