Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual counseling services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families.
- Provide Counseling Services: Offer individual counseling sessions focused on adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management
- Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Conduct Virtual Sessions: Utilize secure telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and privacy for all clients
- Monitor Client Progress: Track client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support to help clients achieve their therapeutic goal
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals to other specialists when needed
- Experience delivering virtual counseling services.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling and, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Active licensure as LCSW, LPCC, and LMFT in the state.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- A compassionate, empathetic approach with a dedication to client well-being.
