SALARY
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works directly in the office with assigned clients who experience symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders
- Effectively participates as a team member to advance common team goals; demonstrates a focus on collaboration
- Effectively and respectfully works with others who have diverse traditions, beliefs, interpersonal styles, attitudes, and behaviors
- Provides a range of brief, focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services for clients
- Assists with crisis intervention efforts and intervenes as required
- Carries a caseload to clients including assessment, individual, group, and family therapy
- On-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned
- Participates in committees to improve agency service delivery and quality improvement
- Expert knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for assigned populations, risk assessment, and crisis management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling and, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Current licensure as LCSW, LPCC, and LMFT in the state.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
